SPRING GARDEN TOSS 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. sliced radish
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Toss together vegetables; chill. Combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar and salt; chill. At serving time, toss together vegetables and dressing. Serve in salad bowl lined with greens; if desired, garnish with radish roses.
