FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. or 1 can fruit cocktail with juice

Put all ingredients, except brown sugar, in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Pour in a 10x12 inch pan and then sprinkle top with the 1/2 cup brown sugar before baking. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. You may add pecans to brown sugar.

FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. angel flake coconut

Let butter, milk and white sugar come to a boil and boil 2 minutes. Add 1 cup angel flake coconut. Mix well and pour over cake while hot.
