FRUIT ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
Approximately 1 1/2 quarts milk
1 c. fruit of your choice, mashed

Combine eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla in bowl and mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour into freezer can and add Eagle Brand milk and fruit. Stir well. Add milk to fill line in can and stir. Churn in ice cream churn until frozen. Makes 4 quarts.
