SUGARED PECANS 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. pecans

Cook sugar, milk and cinnamon in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Cook mixture until a soft ball forms when a drop of the mixture is placed in cold water. Add vanilla and pecans. Stir together and drop on wax paper; separate.
