COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) bottle chile sauce
6 oz. grape jelly
3 tbsp. lemon juice

In large mixing bowl combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. In different bowl about 3 quart size combine chili sauce, jelly, lemon juice. Shape meat mixture into balls size of walnut. Place chili sauce in microwave. Heat covered full power 12 minutes. Skin off fat. Stir. Heat covered on full power 8 minutes or until sauce bubbles and meatballs cook.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
