GRAHAM CRACKER ICE BOX ROLL 
1/2 lb. marshmallows (miniatures)
1 c. cut up dates (7 oz. pkg.)
16 graham crackers
1 c. chopped nut meats
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. cream

Combine the marshmallows, dates and crumbed graham crackers, add nuts and enough cream to moisten. Shape into roll, then roll in crumbs of 4 additional graham crackers. Chill in waxed paper in refrigerator overnight. Slice and serve with whipped cream. (16 graham crackers equal 1 cup).
