GRAHAM CRACKER ICE BOX ROLL 
24 graham crackers rolled into fine crumbs (save 1/3 c. for coating)
1/4 lb. marshmallows, cut into small pieces, or miniatures
1 pkg. chopped dates
1 c. nuts
1 c. whipping cream (if using whipped topping, takes 2 cups)

Mix all ingredients together. Make into a roll and roll in coating. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 6 hours or overnight. Slice and serve with whipped cream.
