GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
CRUST:

18 graham crackers, rolled fine
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter

Blend together and reserve 1/3 cup of this mixture for top of pie. Press the remainder into pie plate or baking dish with even thickness as for rolled pie crust.

FILLING:

2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Cook and then allow to cool before pouring into crust. To top off pie, beat egg whites, adding 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar. Put on reserved crumbs before placing in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
