SALMON TOMATO LOAF 
2 c. salmon, drained
1 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 3/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 egg, well beaten

Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Put in well greased loaf pan. Bake in hot oven, 400 to 425 degrees, about 30 minutes.
