TEXAS PORK CHOPS 
4 - 6 oz. rib pork chops
1 c. tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dijon style mustard

In shallow baking dish, arrange pork chops. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pork chops, cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chops on rack in baking pan. Spoon sauce over and bake about 1 hour or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
