HOMEMADE MUSTARD | |
Mix 4 tablespoons sugar with 4 tablespoons dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon flour. Beat in 1 egg until smooth. Then pour in 1 cup vinegar. Cook very slowly until done, stirring often. After removing from heat, add 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil. |
