BREAST OF CHICKEN SAUTE' 
2 lg. skinned chicken breasts, halved
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. dry white wine

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Saute' in vegetable oil until lightly browned. Add onions, mushrooms and white wine. Cover and cook gently about 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with sauce from pan and garnish with white seedless grapes.
