SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
1 stick (or less) butter 1/2 c. milk 4 slices of bread, broken in pieces 3 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, partially drained Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole over the bread pieces. Mixture will look curdled. Bake 1 hour at 325 or 350 degrees. |
