SCALLOPED SPINACH 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 eggs, beaten
Pinch of mint
Pinch of dried parsley
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. grated American cheese
4 tbsp. Imperial butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all listed ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a buttered baking dish and top with a mixture of buttered bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
