SQUASH DRESSING 
2 c. cooked, mashed yellow squash
1 medium onion, chopped and cooked until tender
1 stick butter
2 c. cornbread, crumbled
2 eggs, beaten
1 can Cream of Celery soup (condensed variety)
Black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
Shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients and place in to a 2 qt. baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes. Top with shredded cheese as desired and return to oven for 5 minutes.
