CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 whole chicken breasts
salt and poultry seasoning, to taste
2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or asparagus
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. butter

Bake chicken after sprinkling with salt and poultry seasoning. Cook broccoli until almost done; drain.

Place broccoli in greased casserole dish. Chop chicken cross-grain. Place on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice in mixer. Add grated cheese. Pour over chicken. Stir crumbs in butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
