FRESH ORANGE SALAD 
16 oz. carton cottage cheese
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz. can pineapple (crushed or tidbits), drained
4 oz. carton whipped topping

Combine first 4 ingredients. Blend well. Fold in whipped topping. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves, or place in attractive bowl.
