QUICK AND EASY TWO EGG CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Pour into buttered 8-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
