HOT - N - CHEESY CLAM SALAD
ROLLS
 
2 cans minced clams, drained
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated American cheese (4 oz.)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped almonds
6 to 8 rolls, split

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spread on rolls. Wrap in foil and bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
