1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 to 1 (1.5 oz.) envelope taco seasoning
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, diced
3/4 c. shredded cheese

Saute beef, onion and green pepper in skillet and drain. Add taco seasoning, mixing well. Spread in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs together until smooth, 15 seconds in blender, or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over mixture in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle tomatoes and cheese over top. Bake 10 minutes more.
