YOGURT FISH DISH 
1 lb. turbot fillet
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. white wine
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes

Wash fish, place in greased pan. Mix yogurt with wine, egg yolk and seasonings. Pour over fish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. 200 calories per serving. Yield: 4 servings.
