THAI FISH DISH | |
Fish fillets (for example clover sole) Curry powder Salt Bananas or canned apricots butter or oil for frying Sprinkle curry and salt over the fish. Fry them in the butter or the oil in a hot frying pan. After the fish has been fried, mash the bananas or the apricots and saute in the frying pan. Serve with rice and a salad. |
