NEW YORK CHICKEN SALAD 
6 c. cooked diced white chicken
2 c. drained pineapple tidbits
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions

Mix well, chill thoroughly. Toss with dressing before serving. Serve with crackers or on toasted bread.

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
4 tsp. chutney

Mix well and chill. Then toss with salad.
