12 slices fried bacon, crumbled
1 c. cheese, shredded
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 2/3 c. milk
1 (5.5 oz.) packet Bisquick or 1 1/3 c. baking mix
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Grease 10" x 1 1/2" pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, approximately 45 to 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
