COMPANY BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 head broccoli
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 head cauliflower
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Break broccoli and cauliflower into flowerets and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and place in buttered baking dish or pour over the tomato sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Dot with butter and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
