CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
4 cups diced potatoes
1 onion diced
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper

Cook potatoes and onions in 4 cups water until tender. Scald milk. Melt butter in small skillet, add parsley. Stir in flour and seasoning. Add to milk and cook until slightly thickened. Combine with potatoes. Stir until well blended.
