REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 tbsp. 1000 Island dressing
1 lb. kielbasa, cut and split lengthwise
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
8 rye crackers, crumbled

Layer in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
