HEAVENLY LAYERED SALAD 
1 1/2 qt. shredded lettuce
2 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. cauliflower or mushroom slices
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed and drained
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. red onion rings
2 c. salad dressing
Olives (optional)

Put in large salad bowl in layers in order as listed. Decorate top with olives as many as you would like. Refrigerate.
