HEALTH BREADS 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. shortening
1 c. bran
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. graham flour
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins

Mix shortening and sugar. Add egg and 1 cup buttermilk. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
