QUICK LICK CHICKEN 
Very good.

Skinned chicken parts
1 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Lemon pepper

Bring soy sauce to a simmer in an iron skillet. Lay chicken pieces in pan and generously sprinkle with lemon pepper.

Turn heat down to low and turn the chicken after 15 minutes. Sprinkle again with lemon pepper and cover until chicken is tender. Baste before serving.
