SWEET & SOUR BLACK - EYE PEAS | |
3 cans (15 oz. each) Luck's black eye peas, drained 1/4 c. molasses 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. garlic powder 4 pineapple slices Brown sugar Combine black - eye peas, molasses, vinegar, mustard and garlic powder. Pour mixture into shallow 2 quart casserole dish. Top with pineapple slices. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8. |
