BLACK - EYED PEA STEW | |
2 c. black-eyed peas, dry 6 c. water Salt (optional) 1/2 c. onions 2 lg. tomatoes 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. garlic powder Dash of cinnamon Soak black-eyed peas overnight. Cook black-eyed peas for 2 hours until tender soft. Add onions, tomatoes, soy sauce, garlic, and cinnamon. Simmer for 15 to 30 minutes to desired tenderness. |
