FAST CUSTARD PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 deep unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. hot water
3 eggs, well beaten
Nutmeg

In mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, water, salt and vanilla. Add eggs; mix well. Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in preheated 425 degree oven and bake 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool to room temperature and serve. This is the easy way to do custard, BUT I love it!
