QUICK CARROTS | |
1 lb. carrots 3 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. sugar Slice carrots super thin. I use a salad shooter. Heat butter in large frying pan until bubbly. Add carrots, sprinkle with sugar and a little salt and pepper. Do not stir. Fry on high heat for 5 minutes. Flip carrots over, fry another 5 minutes. These will be crisp. |
