SWEDISH MEAT BALLS | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 egg 1/2 c. warm water 1 box Tempo brand Swedish meatball mix 1 to 2 jars Heinz brown gravy Can mushrooms (3 oz.) Mix ingredients as directed on box. Roll meat balls. Bake in pan covered with foil for approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees (until no longer red.) Spoon meatballs into skillet and add gravy and mushrooms. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. |
