SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 egg
salt and pepper

Roll into balls. Brown in small amount of vegetable oil and drain.

Sauce for Swedish Meatballs:

1 can golden mushroom soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce

Pour over meat balls and simmer till done.
