REUBEN DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
4 pkg. buddig corned beef, chopped
2 loaves cocktail rye bread

Mix all together. Cover and heat at 350 degrees until hot or microwave on medium until hot. Add regular mustard, horseradish or Thousand Island dressing for add flavor. Serve on cocktail rye.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
