VEGETARIAN LASAGNE 
SAUCE:

2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. garlic salt (may use less, if desired)
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar

Heat sauce over medium heat.

Thaw and drain spinach; place in sauce while heating. In bowl, combine 15 oz. ricotta cheese with 24 oz. cottage cheese.

Additional ingredients: 9-10 lasagne noodles 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

While sauce is heating, cook noodles according to manufacturer's directions. In greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer 3 noodles, 1/3 sauce, 1/2 cheese mixture, sprinkle with 1/2 Mozzarella, 3 noodles, 1/3 sauce, remaining cheese mixture, remaining Mozzarella, last of noodles, and last of sauce. Top with Parmesan and place in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
