MANGO SOUP 
This recipe is great for summer!! This cold soup is refreshing, simple and healthy! All ingredients should be chilled.

1 fresh mango (peeled, pit removed and cubed)
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk and/or sugar to taste.

Serves 2.
