GARCUS' WILD RICE 
1 Jimmy Dean sausage (reg. or hot)
1 box Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 c. wild rice
2 celery sticks
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
4 1/2 c. water
Mushrooms (optional)

Wash wild rice as directed on package. Fry, drain and crumble the bacon. Brown and drain sausage. Slice celery and boil until soft. In large baking dish, mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
