SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 eggs
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. butter
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach (cooked)

Cook and drain spinach (to be added to the rest of the ingredients later).

Mix the first 5 ingredients together using a mixer. Add drained spinach. Bake in 7x11 inch greased baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Don't over bake. It will set up when out of the oven 5 minutes.
