REFRIGERATOR SLAW 
1 lg. cabbage, chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Set aside chopped cabbage, onion and pepper. Combine all other ingredients and boil 1 minute. Cool and mix with cabbage, onion and pepper. For best results marinate overnight before using. Will keep a long time in refrigerator.
