SAUCY STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) whole potatoes, drained, reserve liquid
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. bell pepper flakes
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen Italian beans
1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimento, drained

Cut steak into serving pieces, coat with flour and brown in hot oil. Place in crock pot. Saute onions in the same oil. Place in the crock pot. Add enough water to the reserved potato juice to measure 1 cup.

Mix the potato liquid, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper flakes, bouillon, salt, marjoram leaves and pepper. Pour over the meat. Add the Italian beans (still frozen) and the drained pimentos. Stir together and cook all day.
