SAUCY SKILLET STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, cut in pieces
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion
1 can whole potatoes
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. pepper flakes
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozen green beans

Coat meat pieces with flour. Pound into meat. Brown in oil in 10- inch skillet. Add onions and cook until tender. Add enough water to water in can of potatoes to make 1 cup. Add other ingredients except beans and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender. Rinse frozen beans under water. Add potatoes and beans. Simmer 15 minutes more.
