SAUCY STEAK SKILLET 
1 (2 lb.) round steak, cut into sm. pieces
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cube beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans potatoes
1 can French cut green beans

1. Pound flour into beef and brown in oil. Brown onion with beef; drain.

2. Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon cube, salt, pepper and potato liquid and water to equal 1 cup.

3. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 1 1/4 hours.

4. Add potatoes and beans. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour. Feeds 4 to 6.
