CUCUMBER AND YOGURT DIP 
1 cucumber
1 (8 oz.) plain lowfat yogurt
Garlic powder, to taste
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Scrub cucumber to remove wax. Grate the unpeeled cucumber and drain VERY WELL until almost dry. Combine other ingredients.

Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Yields 1 3/4 cups. Calorie Count: 45 per 1/2 cup.
