1 (3 oz.) lime Jello or lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)
Dash of horseradish
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cucumbers, diced

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. I use white vinegar. Ad other ingredients. I use Dole yellow label pineapple and peel cucumbers. Makes a pretty mold.
