A scant 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cream (1/2 & 1/2)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
