1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. light cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and pour in unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
