1 pt. coffee cream
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 egg whites
Cinnamon

Pour cream over the brown sugar, flour and granulated sugar and let stand until egg whites are beaten stiff. Cream mixture and fold in the egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell, sprinkle on cinnamon and bake in very low temperature oven.
